Property Details

Aylesbury Manor is a beautifully decorated holiday home full of character,located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It sits on a large corner lot with a large in ground pool and is surrounded by a deck and professional landscaping. It can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably and is located right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake and wine country.
Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious 2800 square foot home that has been extensively renovated. All hardwood floors have been restored to original condition and all 4 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodelled.

The house sits on a large corner lot with mature trees and professional landscaping. The fenced backyard is a private oasis with an inground pool and a raised wooden deck.

Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 8-10 guests and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get togethers and celebrations with good friends.

Aylesbury Manor is furnished with antiques mixed in with new pieces and some collectables. The overall feeling is typical to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

The main floor features several large principal rooms that make it easy for guests to be together.

The Foyer gives way into the tastefully furnished Living room that
features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, gleaming
hardwood floors and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2
chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a double sofa bed. This room
makes a really cosy room in the winter as well. We provide fire logs
for your convenience.

The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining
room. It has a wicker sofa, chair and table. Overlooking the Dining
Room, it is a quiet corner to sit and read a book.

The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs.
The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an
authentic country feeling.

The tiled Kitchen is newly remodelled and features all amenities
including built in dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to
create a great meal.

From the Dining room and kitchen follows the large and comfortable
Family room which is furnished with large sofas, one of which is a
double sofa bed. There is also a full bathroom adjacent to this room
which allows it to double as a fourth bedroom very easily. It is
also located at the back part of the house making it quite private.

The Sun Room is at the very back of the house and features 3 large
windows and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to
the deck and pool. Decorated in Scandinavian style this room is
bright and cheery, a great place for breakfast and lunch.

The Second Floor

Upstairs is where the 3 Queen Size Bedrooms are located. They each
have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors,
beautiful comforters, and antique pieces.

The Master bedroom features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi
tub in it’s ensuite bathroom.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located the 2nd floor
concealed behind the white double doors on the landing.

Outside Living

The private backyard is a great place to relax by the pool with
family and friends.
Take a dip or just sit and enjoy the extensive landscaped garden.

From the Sun room you can walk out to the raised deck with built in
benches and summer furniture which includes a table, chairs and a
big market umbrella for hot summer days.

Below the deck is the patio which surrounds the pool. There are
chairs by the pool, and a lovely garden bench which is framed by
ornamental evergreens.

The pool is large however, there is still considerable lawn area
with silver birch trees for children to play.

For guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is also a BBQ included
with the home.

During the winter the pool is covered with a high security cover
that bolts into the concrete.

The house is fully equipped with all amenities including 28” TV,
VCR, DVD and Stereo with CD player.

Aylesbury Manor has Central Air Conditioning.
There is parking for 4 cars.

Rates quoted apply to 8 guests. There will be an extra charge of $200 CAD per week or $50 CAD for ea guest over 8 to a maximum of 10. Nightly rates available for a minimum of 2 nights. Please enquire or click onto our website for more details. We accept MC and Visa and will require 50% deposit to reserve the home. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 6% GST Tax will apply.
